You can complete the 3-step verification process to earn badges on your Premium listing. These badges help your business stand out and build trust with homeowners.

Open Get Verified

Log in to your account dashboard and click on Get Verified.

Select your listing

Select the listing you want to verify.

Review your missions

Check the mission list at the top of the page and complete any sections that are still missing. Completed items show a green circle.

Add your ABN and listing description

Click on Edit in the ABN and Listing Description sections, enter your details, then click on Save.

You need a valid ABN and a listing description to earn the Verified Business badge.

Upload your images

Click on Add in the Profile Picture, Company Logo, and Gallery Images sections to upload your files.

You need a profile picture, a company logo, and at least 1 image of your past work to earn the Verified Business badge.

Verification badges

There are 3 badges you can earn as you complete the verification process:

  • Verified Business
  • Trusted Business
  • Recommended Business

Once you earn a badge, it appears next to your business name in the directory and on your profile.

Requirements for each badge

Verified Business

To earn the Verified Business badge, your listing must include:

  • a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • a short business description
  • a profile picture
  • a company logo
  • at least 1 image of your past work

Trusted Business

To earn the Trusted Business badge, you must have:

  • the Verified Business badge
  • at least 2 reviews
  • at least 2 images of your past work
  • answers to the first 4 questions in the FAQs section of your profile

If you need to complete your FAQs, navigate to FAQs on the left side of your profile, then click on Edit next to each question to add and save your answer.

Recommended Business

To earn the Recommended Business badge, you must have:

  • the Trusted Business badge
  • at least 5 reviews
  • at least 5 images of your past work
  • a website backlink to your Service.com.au listing
  • all 8 questions in the FAQs section completed
