Lead Settings

This article explains how to list and manage your services by updating categories and location. It provides step-by-step instructions on adding, removing categories to ensure your listing accurately reflects your business.

How to List and Manage Your Services

  1. Access Your Listings

    • Go to Listings in your account.

    • Click on your business name.

  2. Edit Categories and Location

    • Navigate to Categories and Location.

    • Here, you can update:
      • Categories (the services you offer).
      • Location (your service area).
      • Travel Distance (how far you’re willing to travel for jobs).

  3. Add or Remove Service Categories

    • Click Edit next to Categories.
    • Select a category from the drop-down menu or search for a service (e.g., "Garden Maintenance").
    • To remove a category, click Edit and remove the selected option.

  4. Manage Subcategories

    • Some services have subcategories for more specific offerings.
    • Click Edit, then toggle subcategories on or off based on what applies to you.

  5. Save Your Changes

    • Once updates are complete, click Save to finalise your service listings.
