      Get verified

      You can complete our 3-step verification process to earn badges that will display on your Premium listing. Being a verified business will attract more prospective customers.

      There are 3 different badges for each step of the verification process

        • Verified Business
        • Trusted Business
        • Recommended Business

      To get verified

      1. Log in to your account dashboard and click "Get Verified."
      2. Select your listing.
      3. Complete any mission information from the list on top of the page.  Completed sections will be marked off with a green circle. 
      4. For your ABN and Listing Description, click "Edit," then "Save" once you've added your info.  (You can also do a search for your ABN.)  You must have a valid ABN and listing description to earn the Verified badge.
      5. For your Profile Picture, Company Logo, and Gallery Images, click the Add buttons in each section to upload the appropriate files.  You must have a profile picture, logo, and at least one image of your past work to get the Verified badge.
      Once you get a badge, it'll appear:
      • Next to your name in the directory
      • On your profile

      Additional badges

      You can add these directly to your profile from your dashboard.  If you need additional help, you can also email our Customer Care team at support@service.com.au.
      To become a Verified Business, you'll need to provide the following:
        • Valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
        • A short description of your business
        • A profile picture
        • A logo for your listing
        • At least one picture of your past work
      To earn the second badge and become a Trusted Business, you'll need to have the following:
        • A Verified Business badge
        • At least two reviews
        • At least two pictures of your past work
        • Answer the first four questions in the FAQs section of your profile. 
          You can navigate to these by clicking on FAQs on the left.  Click "Edit" next to each question to enter and save your answer. 

      To earn the third badge and become a Recommended Business, you need to have:
        • The Trusted badge
        • At least five reviews
        • At least five images of your past work
        • Have a website backlink to your service.com.au listing
        • All eight questions in the FAQs section of your profile completed
