You'll be notified once a customer has left a review. After viewing their feedback, you can publicly reply to their review as well.
Responding to a customer review
If you'd like to send the customer a reply to their review:
- Log in to your account dashboard and select "Reviews" in the Menu bar.
- Click on the customer name.
- Add your response in the message field and hit "Reply."
What to do with a negative review
We recommend businesses work directly with the customer to resolve any negative reviews.
In case you don't agree with the content of a review, you can discuss with the customer to either resolve the issue, take action to rectify any problems or complaints the customer may have, or see if they're willing to remove the review.
We encourage transparency. You can also reply to the review publicly on your listing.
